An experienced Pan-European team of educators and stakeholders has joined forces on this Erasmus + project to contribute to the reframing of skills of Senior Care Providers (Careworkers), especially in digitalisation skills, to reduce their risk of unemployment and to make the European Elder Care system more sustainable.
Through this project, our aim is to empower Care workers of the seniors in our communities, with the skills and digital/ technological knowledge to work in this field, thus supporting and creating more sustainable futures for all involved.
With the Housing Care Project, we will equip Vocational educators across the EU with the tools and digital competency skills to adapt the education and training of care workers, to be future ready to meet labour market needs.
